Need your help - strange worms

I need your help! Today I noticed some gross worms on my miniature roses soil ( I grow them in flowerpots on my windowsill) . The worms are very, very small, about 2 millimeters long, longitudinal and white. They move very fast and jump. There are so many of them . What can I do? Any advice would be welcome! I love my roses so I'm very scared

Claudine, a quick way to handle the problem is mix a couple of drops of dish liquid in a liter of water and spray it on your plants. Make sure you spray the undersides too. This will kill the worms quickly. I hope this helps.

But dish liquid won't hurt the plant? If not, I'll try it. I'm desperate. My friend told me to put some garlic into the soil and I did, but the worms are still enjoying themselves, I have no idea how to get rid of them
