Mystery bug?

I found this bug sitting on my persimmon tree. None of the leaves are being eaten, so I don't think he's harmful but I wanted to check. I'm in Southeast Coastal Georgia. His back legs look like a cricket's but the body doesn't strike me as a cricket? The body looks like a big stink bug.

Maybe it's a mormon cricket @frdnicholas ?? I believe they can grow up to about 3 inches

Can't tell. Picture is out of focus but if I were to guess it would be a marmorated stink bug or possibly a leaf footed stink bug. It could also be an assassin bug or a wheel bug which are beneficial but with a bad picture one cannot tell. Just google each of the 4 bugs and look at the pictures.

It struck me as a fully mature adult stink bug.
