I Planted two year old vines a year in a half ago would they be considered 3-4 year old Vines now? The reason I ask is that I read that the firs two years you should pinch off any fruit that tries to develop untill they are three years old. This year they are starting to develop alot of grapes should I leave them on?

They would be yes.

Leave them on, but you'll still have to thin the bunches later on to let decent size grapes to develop :)
