Meh.. seedling help.

Been watching my seedlings I started from seed grow nicely so far. Just got home and saw my green bean plant had fallen over. I looked closely and all these little worms/slugs were crawling all over the seed cell. Any idea what it is and what to do before they ravage the rest?
