Madagascar Jasmine leafs tuning yellow

It seems like it's a nutrient deficiency. The base of the leaves are turning yellow progressing to the entire leaf. Eventually breaking off. The head if one of the leafs has turned brown as well
Which nutrient deficiency could it be?
I have added magnesium to the plant soil and have lired in Miracle gro All purpose feed
Any other recommended fertiliser to treat with?
