This is a 17th century child's shoe we found concealed above a doorway in a church.

Report on it said it had been worn by at least 2 different children and had been repaired :)

I found a similar shoe behind a bread oven when I was renovating a house back in the 70' s , it was a child's shoe of similar shape, and made out of some kind of animal skin. There was also a small stitched ball and a purse.

Personal items for protection by the sounds of it :)

Ever see that Saturday night thriller back in the 70's where they found a strange mummified thing in the wall?

The nickers are for making wraps for your tomato plants.

The hat is for just lookin' good.

The head could be a mate for the head that watches over my raised bed garden.

The coat, I'm sure there are a few critters that would like their fur back, but it's a little late :(.

(sorry critters but I always did think fur coats were really nice, but I know they are mostly wrong)

Tetters, if you can't find the clay warriors, you might like the statue we have in our front yard:

We figured if Mother Nature gives you a stump, y'oughta celebrate it!
