Ladybug or Beetle or ?

Hi guys. I see this in my garden and my initial thoughts were it’s a cucumber beetle as my cucumber plants have been showing signs of them eating it. But could it be a beneficial ladybug or something like that ? Any idea what this is. ( I found this sitting on my chilli plants )

That is a very bad bug. It is called a harlequin bug.
