My peace lily's leaves recently started to turn brown on the edges and tips. I have a watering globe in it, which i fill about once a week. I realize that some leaves will die and need to be trimmed. It seems to be happening more frequently now. Does it need to be repotted to something bigger? Also is it safe to trim the brown spots off and leave the leaf?

How long has this plant been in this pot? If it has been more than 2 years it is probably root bound. I put mine outside in the shade when the nights are above 50 degrees and it thrives.

It looks as if it cannot drain properly and is staying too wet at the root zone. I would pull it out of the container and check everything out.
