I recently bought a ZZ plant because I dont have a green thumb and this plant was suggested due to its low maintenance. Its been a month and the plant has grown since I bought it. My question is how will I know when to repot my plant. Ive attached a pic below. Do you think it needs to be repotted or no?

You won’t have to repot it for a year or 2. They are very tolerant of being rootbound so don’t worry about it for a while. The time to repot is when the pot keeps falling over because it’s so top heavy. 
Or if you want it to be as big as possible you can repot it about every 6 months. This only works if it gets lots of light. Just shift it up an inch or two at a time and use a potting soil with perlite and sand as part of the ingredients. Make sure the pot has drain holes to let excess water drain out.
