Gardening is such a relaxing hobby to have, as well as getting to enjoy healthy foods. Knowing what kind of soil your food comes from is well worth the effort that goes into producing it. My favorites are herbs, and would like to know about growing them in cold temperatures as well as the opposite - warm and rainy. The varieties that take minimal care are the ones on my list.
