Help identifying please

Hi could someone please help me identify these please and give me any advise how to look after them I’m new to plants I have grown veg for years but just started to get into plants and shrubs but have no idea what I’m doing but very keen to learn.
The plant in the middle pic is getting to big is it poss to split it as it’s a lovely plant and don’t want to lose it

That definitely looks like a Pieris...which though I don't know, sorry:(

Done a bit of research online think its pieris forest flame but not 100% sure least got some idea how to care for it as I think it’s stunning - the plant in the middle pics is about to bloom so hopefully will find out then
