:)Welcome to the forums Dont. Do you live in a climate where you can grow your palm trees outside?

Not the climate I would like. Sunny uk will do.
There's a few cold resistant palms the most common is Trachycarpus fortunei and some date palms can handle our climate once matured.

I was thinking about the Washingtonia robusta. They are mostly tropical, but if you can get them big enough they may work for you. They grow to be enormously tall and are everywhere here in Colima. The city of Colima is called the city of palms and i never realized how many different kinds of palms there are. If you love palms, i don't think you will be bored in this lifetime.

I love palm trees, but they do not grow well in our climate. Can say, do not grow at all. But some people grow it in houses.
Fortunately, palm trees from seeds grow slowly. I personally grew a date palm from the seeds. And then I safely left them in the children's polyclinic.
There are many places. :)

Monkey Puzzle tree! I so wanted to buy one £20 reduced. .. about 1.5 feet tall. Thought it would go cheaper and it was gone the following week.

If you have excess, sell them. Why not? Put them on gumtree and see the response and then you can use that money to buy something else.. Beware of people from gumtree knocking the price half. They tried to do that to me..
