Kind of easy question.

What will get rid of Grubs?

You can get some Spectracide Triazicide Insect Killer For Lawns to kill them. However, when you use that stuff you kill everything in the soil including microbes too. I would not worry too much unless they are killing the whole lawn.

Oh they get into my Potatoes.

The best way is prevention...when using a deep-rooted cover crop like fescue and/or alfalfa grubs just aren't a problem.

However, if you have an infestation, you can apply a mix of 2 tablespoons of fresh Neem, 2 teaspoons of liquid soap in 1 gallon of water,

Your toes if you stand on them. Once I sprayed my lawn to kill them. The grubs got out of control and I could roll my grass up off the bare dirt like rolling up a rug because of the grubs cutting roots.
