Grapes squishing

Hello I am growing grapes on my terrace in India. I had bought the plant about 1 and a half years ago and it started flowering in mid march. I'm not sure about the variety but recently i noticed some grapes were starting to get squished while some were ripening perfectly. If anyone knows about it then i would be thankful for the help

Looking at the leaves it appears you need to fertilize them.
