I've always had a problem with changing the time on ovens. Our latest a Bosch's instruction book has two pages on how to set cooking times and duration, but not a simple one for actually changing the time. There are only three "touch" buttons. A function one between a + and a -.
So I have an easy solution. I turn it off at the mains and back on again so the oven clock re-sets at mid-day. Just then, a question of holding your finger on the plus button until it gets to the time you want.

Simples.

I have an 18 month old Bosch oven too Sean and don't understand how they can make it so complicated to change the time on it. I do exactly the same, flipping the mains switch to it off and then on.

I also have two Canon cameras but one of them is a nightmare changing the time.

If you waited to mid-day and switched it off and on then ?? Why can't they make them like my phone, computer, and alarm clock so they readjust automatically. My car is one I didn't get around to finding the instructions, just remembered it was an hour out. Now I have to remember it is right again
