Can you telling me why my mums are dropping

I have purchased it one month ago and I have been watering it frequently the soil is also moist I think is it beacuse of over watering and if it is because of that what should I do please help.

It appears you are in a somewhat hot and dry area . Chrysanthemum do not tollerate high heat well , move them back from the window a bit so the still get sunlight but have better air circulation and a bit cooler temp .
