Yes, I concur. This is Japanese Hops (Humulus scandens, formerly H. japonicus), in the Hemp Family (Cannabaceae). It is native to Vietnam, eastern China, Korea, eastern Russia, Hainan, Taiwan, and Japan. It is also an introduced plant in many parts of the world including central and eastern North America.
