Can anyone identify this NE perennial bush

Does anyone know what this is ? It just started blooming last week and it proliferates fairly aggressively. I like it b/c of its unusual locust-tree like leaves.

Not a fern, I dont think. They don't have flowers.

Damn that looks like something right on the tip of my tongue, something I recognise but I can't place it!

This is Crown-vetch (Securigera varia, formerly known as Coronilla varia) in the Pea Family (Fabaceae). This plant is native to Eurasia and Africa, but is widely planted in North America for erosion control and forage.
