Cactus corking...or worse

So either forking has gone crazy or something worse is happening anybody know how to save this cactus?

Looks fine to me, a few corking marks are nothing to worry about.

She's very pregnant though :eek::)

Looking at your picture @Angelinamaria6 I wonder why your cactus is in a pudding dish? You need to consider its roots - they need room to grow and if you put the poor thing in a proper pot with holes in the bottom for drainage, it might have a better chance of survival.
It need a gritty compost, and a good watering - allowing the water to run through and drain.
Each of the little offsets can be potted into separate pots too. It is a living thing, and will also need a feed.
