Cabbage problem

Having bought some young plants and being told they are cauliflower I'm now certain they are not and I'm almost certain they are a type of cabbage but I've never seen cabbages this big. Has anyone got any ideas what they are

Looks to me like either Portuguese Kale or Collard Greens

Looks like Cauliflower that is getting way too much nitrogen to me.

Cauli perhaps, check the middle for the leaves growing in over
