Aeration plus the works

Hello again,
I received this at my door. It's a flyer for aeration service. It has been on my mind since it's been about 8 years since I had it done.
My questions is,
What is gypsum?
Should I consider the ironite additive? Ironite and "double" seeding is $50 extra
Is the full package worth it?

Look up gypsum on google. Basically it is a lightweight filler for clay soil. Then look up ironite. It is a heavy metal byproduct of mining, a carcinogen and not really necessary for most soils. Google is your friend.

Do you have heavy clay soil and lawn problems? I did in a previous state. A DIY lawn aerator is cheap..maybe $10-20 and dead easy to do yourself. No need for gypsum and ironite.

IMHO this service is a waste of money. It's a lawn service looking to rip people off.
