My tomatoes are supported by strings attached to an overhead structure. The overhead structure is made from 8 foot fence posts at the end of each row and an 8 foot rebar is in the center. An eight foot rebar connects the tops of the posts in each row are held with plastic ties. The support strings are added as required during the growing season. Each plant has about 2.5 feet diameter space. The fruit meets no obstructions. This structure is for 21 plants.

The plants can't go outdoors until about the 24 of May. There a several types all standard except for Russian Krim the dark type, my favorite, except if weather is poor they are not very prolific. I make tomato juice from most.

Tomatoes are not top quality this year due to cool weather and much rain. About 45 pounds of tomatoes were picked and processed into 14 liters of pressure canned juice at 15 PSI for 15 minutes.. Many tomatoes were scarfaced and this was cut away. About 25 pounds were left for processing. Pictures depict the process.
