Squash and cucumbers not sprouting, advice?

I planted some squash and cucumbers up against my fence (they still get sunlight) so that they could vine up it, but so far only one squash has sprouted and I've seen absolutely nothing from my cucumbers. I planted mid to late April and I live in Missouri so I know that they should have sprouted by now if they were going to.

Any advice?

Replant. A month ago the soil was too cold for them to germinate
