They are both succulents. That's the best I can offer. :unsure:

The upper plant is Anacampseros rufescens, in the Family Anacampserotaceae. It is native to South Africa.

The lower plant is more difficult to identify with certainty. One possibility is a green leaved form of Dudleya, such as D. virens or D. viscida, in the Stonecrop Family (Crassulaceae), but there are also uncommon types of Crassula and Echeveria that are similar.
