The leaves on my artificial pepper tree in Spain keep going yellow & there has been little or no growth in two years. Does it need sequestrated iron?

:) I have a feeling that @Lindanne52 means ''False pepper tree'' which is the common name for Schinus molle.
We don`t grow this in the UK as far as I know, but usually yellow leaves mean that the soil conditions are not favourable to the plant with yellow leaves. I think this tree prefers chalky soil, and needs little water when it is established.
