What is this?

I'm hoping someone can identify this plant. I bought this house and these popped up this spring similar to how bulbs come up. They are GORGEOUS! I want to buy more but I don't know what they are

I do have peonies but I can't recognise them in the picture you show. The flowers look a bit like some of the basic peony types (most have multiple petals) but the leaves are not familiar.
