Hard to tell form the photo but it could be pokeweed.

Thank you Mrsclem! So it's just a simple weed, there is no medicinal purpose?

It's actually poisonous so not something you want around. I grew up with it and my brother and I used to have fights throwing the berries at each other before we knew what it was. I have it in my yard and every year its a struggle to try to eradicate it.
