I dug up about 1 lb. of Kennebec new potatoes 1 month early so wife can make potato salad. She wanted onions also. Several red onions bolted they will never grow larger than this, eat them now before they go bad.

I was going to dig some young Kennebec yesterday but decided to wait.
My brother planted his the same day in March I did and had to dig several hills for Memorial Day dinner. There are definitely not many taters right now. One good thing is that they had a bunch of little baby taters, so that's promising!!
