St Augustine Saturated with Water

I posted on Neil Sperry's (Dallas area horticultural expert) FB page. He stated the problem may be Take-All Root Rot. He also suggested I take samples to a nursery for review.

I seriously doubt if it is Takall. What is happening is your roots are starving for oxygen. I see it all over the place here

From my recent research it can also occur in rain soaked grass. Goggle it my friend.

Yes it can but not often. With healthy soil it never occurs

So what was it? Too much rain or TakeAll?

My lawn is showing the same yellowing as in the photos. I hope it is due to the rain.
