I did not know poppies came in so many colours. Absolutely stunning. Again, they do not grow where I live.

Your poppies are gorgeous, and I love all the colors you have there! In the front of my mom's house, she has the deep orange one. I would love to have yours pink and white ones :)

I love poppies, but I'm a little scared of growing them. Most policemen here can't tell the difference between opium poppies and legal ones:(

I doubt very much that in Poland it is going to get warm enough for Papaver somniferum to develop the narcotic qualities of Opium.
Mind the seeds of it on buns are enough to trigger a reaction from Sniffer dogs.

Gosh, your poppies are gorgeous! I had no idea the could be found in that beautiful beige tone, truly gorgeous! You are so lucky to have such a beautiful collection of poppies :love:

All I know is that it's illegal to grow opium poppies here. Some people got in real trouble because of it. I heard of a lady who was growing legal poppies and policemen wanted her to pay fine too:confused: It's such an absurd.
