Plant with Violet Flowers

Hi! I just want to ask if anyone knows what kind of plant is this? It has pretty purple flowers. Sometimes, the blooms are pink. They seem to sprout anywhere. Also, will they harm my other plants?

Thanks for that! I searched on Google, so I will know more about these flowers. I found out that they are used for landscaping. Thank you very much for the information! I will be able to look at gardening shops for them from now on.
