I was able to harvest my photos from that site before they sold years ago. They still keeping em for ransom last time I checked

You can still link to an album in PB and download back to your computer the images you have stored there. So for the moment one can retrieve one's images.

I removed most of my pic from PB a few years ago so what ever is still on there they can't use because there copy righted so if they want them they can keep them for ever.I back up ever pic and video on a disk for later use.
