Perris

Hello everyone , please can you help with my sick Perris photos attached . The plant is about 2years old and up to 2weeks ago was fine with loads of flowers but as started to loose all of its leaves . I've fed it twice with miracle grow just wondering if it's to wet or maybe the laylandy that are next to it are taking all the water . There are 3 Perris in neighbouring gardens that don't get any attention and are thriving ,many thanks .

That Leaf drop looks Quite Bad. How long has it Been there?............. Not many Plants like Being under Laylandii.. Vinca & Nasturtiums. But not a lot else. If its not been there to long moving it Could save it. One good thing I can see are those new Red Shoots. Its in a razed Bed so it will not Be to wet that's for sure.
