New flower bed.

Hello friends:
I am trying to design a flower garden, and I am having a hard time figuring out how to go about getting started. I live in Atlanta, GA. I have some Evered Loropetalum, Sunshine Ligustrum, and I would like to add something that has white flowers. I am starting from scratch with my soil. My garden will be getting full sun in the morning. So is there any advice available?

When you say "design," do you mean you already have a flowerbed you wish to stock or are we also talking "hard landscaping?"
A photo of your garden would help people give you some ideas.
