Need a natural remedy for Grape Leaf Skeletonizers.

I've been going organic, but the past couple of seasons I've wound up with grape leaf skeletonizers destroying my poor grape vines. Does anyone know of a way to keep them at bay naturally?

Bt (Bacillus thuringinsis) Also known a GreenLight Bt Worm Killer and Monterey Bt. Totally organic and safe for everyone including pets but absolutely death on caterpillars

Without fail, once a caterpillar takes one bite it will stop feeding immediately and will be dead within 6 hours. Bt only affects caterpillars, nothing else
