Leave roll up and damage

my plant has roll up plant and one plant having leave eaten up. currently i have not spray pesticide. i only fertilized and watering. any advice is very much appreciated. tq

The rolled-up leaf looks like a healthy new one growing from the bottom of an older one. Normal growth.
The white one might have a snail problem, although I'm not familiar with pests in Sarawak.
The yellow-ish one looks like an old leaf fading away. Pictures of the whole plants will help with accuracy of diagnosis.

My apology for late response. Thank you for valuable description. I have put some snail poison pellet surrounding the plant.
