Hi, is there any way of saving my lawn ive put lawn feed and some grass seeds on the sparse areas.

That was not what I was asking! I was asking for advice on how to sort my lawn and to be honest it isn't really that messy!

Honestly, there isn't much there to save...hardly any green at all showing in your photos and a good deal of debris to hinder grass growth.
