Kalenchoe fungus?

So, best I can figure, this is some sort of kalenchoe plant. Made a post in the ID section, and thats the answer I got. It has a mold we originally mistook for dust, except that we wiped it off a few days ago and now its back. There are leaves shrivelling up and dying, presumably as a result of the mold. How do I fix it?
