Doesn't look like Magnolia to me. Looks like honeysuckle.

It is a Magnolia/Michelia champaca. VERY fragrant, evergreen, somewhat tender but very suitable for your zone. Most nurseries can order it for you and some(especially Asian-owned) will have it in stock. Native to China and much sought by emigrants and their families. Gets to be a largish tree but not fast-growing; can be grown in large-24" or larger pots.
