I bought couple Blueberry Plats that I think died. I put them over with my older plants.

Anyway I'm wanting many more Blueberry Plants.

I have one I really like. I'm thinking of taking cuttings and try rooting them.

The way I understand it takes 4 months for them to root. Then pot them and take care of them for a year then put them in their permanent home.

Just wondering if I should do this or buy starts?

Why not both?d You could waste a lot of time if down the road something happens to your cuttings.

Sounds like a plan.

I was told on cuttings of other plants to just put them in water. Then was told it was much better in soil.

So I took some in water put them in soil. We shall see at first they didn't like it.
