Insufficient priveleges to post in the Seed Exchange.

A qualifying filter was placed on that sub-forum, I'm told. It was supposed to be 50 posts minimum to qualify for access.
Obviously, something is WRONG. I apologize. Really sorry.
I'm flagging your post for @griffin and @Shaggy in hopes one can correct it.
I apologize for the inconvenience and hope the bugs get worked out soon!! I want to send out seeds and... maybe even get some. This could be fun, if we can ever get it going. Stay tuned.

Maybe I can help?
Even if the forum is set to require 50 posts, the user group permissions might not be granting posting access. Try double checking that the group for users is 50+ posts having the correct permissions.
Some software doesn't count posts in certain sections. If members posts include those, the system might not recognize them as eligible.
If it is using caching, it might still think users are under 50 posts. Cleaning the cache or rebuilding the admin panel might fix it.
If using a platform like XenForo, checking the forum-specific settings for post-based permissions is important.

I seen them, I'd jump on them in a heartbeat if they would grow here.. but would probably be crazy expensive to ship them to Canada from Texas.. and that is if boarder security let them pass. That is something I have to look into when it comes to "gift" exchange outside Canada. Probably also good to note for anyone exchanging seeds to another country, mark them as "gift" to avoid extra fee's when picking them up from the post office.

Something just crossed my mind. Would it be counting "50+ posts" starting since the subforum was created? Previous postings from creation may not be counted no matter if you have 20,000 or 2 posts.

Just my opinion but might be easier to have it set for anyone and let the member decide if they want to trade with someone or not. Personally, I could care less if someone has a million posts or 20, if my gut feeling says don't give my address to someone or do, I'm going with that regardless of rules. but a good idea to write in the rules that it is "recommended" to trade with members above 50 posts.

I like the idea of a seed exchange. Any time I save seed I always have too many and would love to share. Also when I buy seeds, as a backyard gardener, I get way more than I need. Always thought there should be a way to share.
