Hello Fonzy, welcome to the Forum.

This reminds me of the Double Crimson Flowering Almond (Prunus amygdalus 'Colbrunni', also known as P. amygdalus 'Double Crimson').

I am not yet certain of this, there are many other double-flowered ornamental fruit trees in the genera Prunus and Malus, though none that I know of look quite like this. If possible, please return later in the season and post more pics of the tree in leaf and fruit.
