Hay and Bunnies

I am using hay for mulch for my backyard veggie container garden and now I am sporadically noticing rabbits in my backyard. Any tips? I am not noticing any damage to my veggies.

They have regular routes, look for a bit of a hole in the hedge with a landing place dinted flat in front of it where they hop through. In the days of postwar austerity we used to set snares there, I don't suppose you are after rabbit stew, but you should be able to deter them from coming in.

I have stopped worrying. They are not doing any harm and I haven't seen any of them in a while.
