Is it true that using epsom salt can make plants grow faster and healthier? Apparently other benefits of using this include better seed germination, prevention of leaf curling, and bigger fruits. Has anyone actually tried this? I am considering the use of epsom salt because of all the positive things I have been reading about it.

My sister's in laws often use epsom salt in their gardens, but I'm not sure what they use it for exactly. This isn't the first time I hear about its use in gardening tho, I think I read something about balancing the pH or something like that. If I'm not mistaken it's used in organic gardening?

Epsom salts does different things in different soils all of it good. It is not a fertilizer. It helps plants take up nutrients already in the soil. Use it
