I think it might be a Yellow Wood Sorrel? It started growing after I put my pot outside for a few days. In no time at all its just exploded!
Also some of its leaf edges are wilting...Not too many, most of the plant seem healthy, but can anyone tell what's wrong with it?

Yep, you are both right. Yellow wood sorrel (Oxalis stricta) is a really tenacious plant, but it's also a tasty edible that can be used in salads or just snacked on. It was the first plant my kids could identify on sight because they liked the way it tasted. ;)
