I love clovers. I almost bought a weed and feed bagged fertilzer featuring "trimec" which sounds like that nickname one could imagine for a New York City gangbanger. It has 2,4 D as a component, but still, while I want a consistent lawn, my need to kill clover is not that high. Are there alternatives?

Are you sure it is clover and not oxalis? They are almost identical. Roundup has a new product just for southern lawns but it kills everything but grass.

You could use a gel which kill the plants on contact only. Roundup Gel! But it COULD be HARD work!
