Never had one, does it smell?
Leaves getting modified to catch insects.

Nice idea it keep humidity high.
If I plan to grow them, my neighbourhood kids will love it.
Did you grow it from seeds or bought it.

If a kid doesn't like it, he's a bit strange.. I remember touching the shy leaves which would close upon any air movement.. Fascinating!

This particular type is a pitfall style trap, bugs are attracted to the nectar but fall in the pitcher and get digested by fliud in the trap.

They do not smell at all, it is really fun watching the insects eventually fall into the trap.

Seems to me some of the plants have two or even three pouches .. A very efficient killing machine! :cautious:

Put some work in today and got a av shelf set up with 2 t5s on chains I feel like it looks great. I also mossed the top of the nep enclosure and put my Australian pitcher plants under the 2 lights also! I hope everyone is happy with the new set up.
