Thats a shrub and it looks like a Chinese photinia but I can tell for sure. Post a photo of the whole plant.

Its not a photinia. Someone will come along and tell you what it is friend, I can't tell.

I'm pretty sure it's a Euonymus japonica. Close-ups of the leaves and flowers would help.
