Does anyone use a brushcutter? I bought myself a new brushcutter head that takes 3 lengths of cutting string.
That is, it has 6 poking out that can cut through brambles and bracken with ease.
The one I bought in Australia is called the Alex Brushcutter Head. If your fed up with nylon string breaking all the time and retrieving it out of the inside of the head or just can't find that it cuts through brush that easy, well I would suggest looking at one of these or something similar. I tried an articulated blade attachment the weed-wakka that works but is slow and potentially dangerous if it flies apart. You can get a nylon version of the weed-wakka but the metal one wears better. I think now I'm sold on the Alex Brushcutter Head.
