To many beans were made for my normal metal containers, so I placed the extra beans in a zip lock bag and made air holes with a meat fork on both sides of the bag. Fermentation was perfect. A serendipitous result. Hence forth a zip lock bag will be used for holding the beans when fermenting. The meat fork prongs make the hole formation simple.
